About The Owners

Brian Rogers
Director of Automation
WHO AM I
I am a creative professional with a passion for thinking outside of the box. I have a driving passion for problem solving that I have been able to apply in my career in manufacturing. I like listening to my customers describing their needs as it gives me a chance to look for solutions.
I have 30 years of Project Management experience, specializing in Industrial and Municipal Controls systems, SCADA Systems, PLC and Automation Systems, and Power Systems. I have led and been instrumental in projects ranging from $10K to $55M+. I am able to jump in at any aspect of a project from conceptual design and layout through startup in the field.
HOW I GOT HERE
As a kid, I have always been interested in how things work and what made them tick; nothing was safe from disassembly and then reassembly growing up in my household. That inspired my direction through an electrical engineering degree at MSOE and into the world of automation. Since then, I have worn many hats including project engineering, facilities management and maintenance, robotics, and complete turnkey facilities.
I am a highly organized compliance professional with a passion for the outdoors, my family, and collaboration. My experience in product compliance, project management and quality auditing has taught me that staying curious and connected are the keys to success. I pride myself on the energy and dedication I bring to each new project, and am committed to delivering the best possible service so that you can ship your product to your intended markets.
HOW I GOT HERE
In my early career, the Director of the Engineering I was working for (while I was going to school) told me ‘Sara handle the compliance work, I don’t have the time nor the patience to continue working on it.” Well when your boss asks you to do something for them, you do it! I dived into it and I was forever hooked!
Because of that early experience, I always in some way worked with compliance or was very aware of the compliance process associated with my work. I was a lab technician, material manager, certification auditor, sales manager, project manager, Sr. compliance engineer, compliance manager and now compliance business owner covering a variation of projects.
My personal mission statement is simple.“You’re never wrong to do the right thing.” – Mark Twain
